CUTTING OF PANELS
We offer cutting services for wood-based panels. The panels are cut to any dimensions specified by the customer. The formatting is done on a modern panel saw, ensuring consistent angles and high cutting precision. Except in exceptional cases, the cost of cutting items from a sheet of panel remains fixed, regardless of the quantity and size of the final pieces. For an additional fee, we also offer the option of cutting elements while preserving the "grain" - the continuity and graphic consistency of individual elements.
ABS EDGE BANDING
We provide edge banding services on highly specialized machines.
We offer a wide range of edges available on-site, in various thicknesses and widths. The edge band is always pre-milled, ensuring high repeatability and quality of edge attachment. Therefore, please provide the dimensions of the items "ready for use" - the entered dimension will be the final dimension of the item after any edge banding.
LAMELLE AND WALL PANEL PRODUCTION
In our facility, you can design and order personalized wall coverings made from wood-based materials.
SHAPE CUTTING
We offer shape cutting services using a CNC milling machine. The machine we have can work in three axes, allowing for the creation of complex projects. In terms of the size of processed elements, there are no limitations regarding maximum dimensions; the milling machine is capable of processing an entire sheet with dimensions of xxxxx x xxxxxx. However, the milled element must not be smaller than xxx x xxx.
HOLE DRILLING
We offer a service for drilling holes for hinges, connecting elements of cabinets, and openings in countertops.
LOCK CUTTING IN COUNTERTOPS
We offer cutting of notches, called locks, in kitchen countertops, including non-standard angles.
DIY CABINET PRODUCTION
In our facility, you can design and order cabinets and complete assemblies for self-assembly.
CNC MILLING
Upon the customer's request, we mill furniture elements according to the required specifications. Milling can be done either before or after edge banding. We also provide services for creating various types of milling on MDF boards for lacquering, such as furniture fronts, frames, and handles.
THICKENING OF ELEMENTS
We offer services for thickening furniture panels. It is possible to thicken items using elements of the same dimensions, as well as using a strip. It is possible to join any available thicknesses of panels: 16mm and 18mm.
